We had an amazing time at the Westin Annapolis this past week. We came for the Military Bowl and were grateful we were within walking distance to the stadium. The Westin Annapolis has exceptional service at the front desk. They are ready to help you in any way and vallet was quick, even though they were slammed with the team fans. We were able to walk to the heart of Annapolis for dinner one evening. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up in front of the hotel and take you around town. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times and although they were also slammed (bowl game team fans...us), they were able to easily manage the volume. We didn't bring our pup but the hotel is pet friendly and we loved seeing the visiting pets throughout our stay. The hotel is built very well because we could never hear much noise outside of our room and we were in front of a busy street. I never heard anyone in the hallway and I'm a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again.

The two girl bartenders are super sweet. Actually all of the staff were very attentive and kind. Great location as well. The food was also superb. It's expensive, but if you can afford it--I recommend for sure.

Location is a good spot, rooms are okay - there was no soap gel in bathroom and had to request and they gave bar soap. Pillows were uncomfortable, head a headache because of it. Also woken up at night by "security" saying they had a plunger for us at 1230am. Called downstairs and had told them. There was no way to verify the person who requested the plunger and we didn't request it. Free water doesn't allow for bottle refills. No microwaves in rooms, have to walk a half mile near the elevator to warm up anything. Overall 6/10, probably wouldn't go here again. Also had a special request for the room but that didn't get included or mentioned either. Also not a great view, because it was requested thru third party they gave us a view of the cemetery 🪦.

Excellent shower, maybe the best I've encountered in any hotel. Room was clean with a nice view overlooking Annapolis national cemetery. Closet and drawer space was just adequate for a four night stay. We were brought extra closet hangers, but took a second call to the front desk four hours after the initial request before we got them. Breakfast was $60 for two (oatmeal for two, bacon for one and 2 juices). Cost was $350 per night with parking, so I would expect excellence throughout.

The best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time! Very clean, great location and welcoming employees! You can tell the manager Jerrod takes great pride in what he does and truly cares about his guests. He truly made it a memorable weekend for my family celebrating a birthday.

Room was clean & comfortable, but definitely not worth the price. For what we were paying, I would expect better than 1/2 ply toilet paper, not to hear flushing & showers of rooms close by, and rooms refreshed before 4pm. Valet guys were great! And location was very good.

Nice looking hotel, good shuttle service and staff is pleasant but that’s about it. Rooms are very odd and inductions- no night tables next to the beds, very small dresser and desk, and bad wifi throughout the hotel, have to go outside to …
